The process of losing weight is complex and never linear.

Different practices work for different people, and it’s important that you work out the practices that assist and enhance your levels of success.

In order to personally lose I had to work on my mindset, but I also found it incredibly beneficial to use various practices and tools to reinforce the changes that I made to achieve my goal.

I strongly recommend that you try them all to see which you connect with most, but ultimately this is your journey, and if you choose to not access or use them then that is entirely your prerogative.
