As someone that used weight loss hypnosis and guided audio’s for my own weight loss journey, then qualified and delivered it to hundreds of clients to help their goal success I whole heartedly believe in the power of clinical hypnotherapy, guided relaxation and mental imaging.
Hypnosis-
Hypnosis is a medically recognised practice that can help you to transform how you feel, think and act.
The process involves a qualified clinical hypnotherapist (on this occasion myself) guiding you into a deep state of relaxation so that your your subconscious mind can be healed and influenced to remove beliefs, habits and behavioral patterns that prevent you from reaching your ideal weight.
Studies have shown that Hypnosis may be more effective than diet and exercise alone for people looking to lose weight.
Hypnotherapy is a safe practice, and the practitioner can only make suggestions that you want.
